If you are using a web browser, log in at app.mediasilo.com. For the full experience, download the free desktop app for MacOS and Windows at mediasilo.com/downloads and the free mobile app for iOS and Android at mediasilo.com/download#mobile.
What if I need more storage or users?
You can upgrade your account at any time. For more information contact customersuccess@mediasilo.com.
Do my clients have to register for MediaSilo before they can view shared links?
Your viewers can view and download files without registering for an account. They can create a free Reviewer account with a name and email address to comment on and approve files.
I have a technical question, who do I ask and how?
You can chat with our Customer Solutions team directly inside the MediaSilo app during business hours. Outside of business hours, you can use our support forum. Team and Enterprise accounts have access to our phone support.
I am a current customer of Wiredrive and want to start using MediaSilo. Who do I contact to get started?
