How can I access my account?

What if I need more storage or users?
You can upgrade your account at any time. For more information contact customersuccess@mediasilo.com.
Do my clients have to register for MediaSilo before they can view shared links?
Your viewers can view and download files without registering for an account. They can create a free Reviewer account with a name and email address to comment on and approve files.
I have a technical question, who do I ask and how?
You can chat with our Customer Solutions team directly inside the MediaSilo app during business hours. Outside of business hours, you can email them at support@mediasilo.com. Team and Enterprise accounts have access to our phone support.
I am a current customer of Wiredrive and want to start using MediaSilo. Who do I contact to get started?
